Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services from MoJamoza Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

We provide:

• WordPress website development and maintenance
• Installation/setup of management systems (School, POS, Apartment, Library)
• Logo design and branding services
• Media burning (movies, series, documentaries)
• Cyber cafe services (printing, internet access, etc.)

Service specifics will be outlined in individual project agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate details for service delivery, including:

• Complete business/contact information
• Clear project requirements
• Timely feedback during development phases

3.2 Content Ownership

You guarantee that all materials provided (text, images, logos) are either owned by you or properly licensed.

4. Payments & Refunds

4.1 Pricing

Service fees are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may require:

• 50% deposit before work begins (for development projects)
• Full payment upfront (for smaller services)

4.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled case-by-case:

• Development Services: Partial refunds if canceled before 50% completion
• Cyber Cafe Services: No refunds for rendered services
• Media Burning: No refunds after order processing begins

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Materials: You retain ownership of provided content.

5.2 Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive:

• Full rights to commissioned logos/designs
• Admin access to installed systems
• WordPress site source files (excluding proprietary plugins)

5.3 Our Tools: We retain rights to internal development frameworks.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Violate Kenyan laws or intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, pirated content, or illegal materials
• Operate adult, gambling, or hate sites
• Bypass security measures in our cyber cafe

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Kenyan law:

• We're not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, data loss)
• Total liability capped at service fees paid
• We're not responsible for third-party service failures (e.g., hosting providers)

8. Service Modifications

We may:

• Update system software for security/performance
• Change cyber cafe service offerings with 7 days' notice
• Discontinue services with 30 days' notice

9. Termination

We may suspend services if:

• Payments are overdue by 15+ days
• You violate these terms
• Required by legal authorities

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Kenyan law. Disputes will be resolved in courts in the Republic of Kenya.

11. Changes to Terms

We'll notify you of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
