NOVEMBER 2017. MOJAMOZA PARTNERS WAS BORN. After 5 years searching for a business solution that would make everyone feel independent and enjoy what they do, I wanted to build something different, bold, meaningful and amazing for myself, my friends, my colleagues, the unemployed youths and the communities in which we operate. “Smart” was, and is, for me an important word. I imagined we could be “smart” everyday by creating a place where talented people could gather — virtually or in person — and do big things for clients, as well as make a difference in the communities important to us. This, to me is changing the world for the better.

WE LAUNCHED WITH A GROUP WHO SHARED A VISION. MoJamoza Partners would operate under a “new” agency model, driven by a collaborative spirit, supported by a 20-plus-year legacy, and attuned to the energy and speed of today’s high-tech world.

WE’VE MADE OUR MARK QUICKLY. MoJamoza Partners has satisfactorily served over 500 clients and completed over 200 projects for the clients. This has made us the “Best New Agency,” “Best PR Agency to Work for in Kenya,” and “Best Mid-Sized Agency of the Year”. And the sky is limit for MoJamoza.

OUR VISION. We are looking to grow to over $10 million in fees, more than 80 colleagues, and 10 offices across three continents- Africa, Asia and Europe. We’re looking to be one of the world’s largest agencies.

Founding Managing Partners — I’m looking to have highly respected colleagues who will take the leap and join me on this journey — and also be joined by the principals from other great professions and become part of MoJamoza Partners. I’m also looking to have so many other talented individuals us, too, intrigued by the idea of doing smart things in an amazing workplace community.

We want to share the genes of a respected agency that pioneered today’s integrated communications. But we are not them. We are unique. We are us. We are focused on the future — and building that future in a smart way, each amazing day.

If you give the tools to the people willing to change the world, they will. At MoJamoza we give more than tools. We give the knowledge and opportunities too. My dream was to create a firm that would give ideas and opportunities to the unemployed persons to create their own businesses. A firm that would be driven by the same people who benefited from its ideas. A firm with unbridled creativity, unwavering commitment to its clients and also one of the best places to work in the industry.
